A floating action bar that appears when you highlight text in nearly any Mac app, turning selection into copy, search, translate, or custom extension workflows in one gesture.
Highlight a word, sentence, or URL and PopClip draws a compact toolbar above the selection with your configured actions—Cut, Copy, Paste, Search, Open Link, and anything you add from the Extensions Directory. Keyboard users can summon the same bar with a shortcut, including a lone function key if you prefer that over modifier chords. Actions can paste transformed text back into the document, open a browser tab, or run AppleScript, Shortcuts, or JavaScript extension code. The bar paginates when you install many extensions, and folders collapse rarely used tools into submenus.
How do I install and activate?
Run the downloaded image and drag the app to the Applications folder shortcut.
Once the copy is complete, you can launch the app from Launchpad.
To activate the license, double-click the “Legacy_OS_User.popcliplicense” file.
