Metre2 Takeoff Studio Pro 1.0.0 Free Download

Metre2 Takeoff Studio is a focused, easy-to-use PDF takeoff and measurement tool designed for estimators, quantity surveyors, and construction professionals who need fast, accurate measurements without unnecessary complexity.

The app provides core linear, area, and count measurement tools, allowing you to mark up drawings directly on PDF files with clear, readable annotations. Built as a native Windows desktop application, it delivers responsive performance on real-world construction drawings while keeping all project data stored locally on your machine.

This standard version is ideal for evaluation, light takeoff tasks, and smaller projects. You can create up to 20 markups per project, giving you enough scope to test workflows, validate accuracy, and confirm suitability before moving to larger or more complex jobs.

For users who need unrestricted markups, advanced workflows, or production-scale takeoff, Metre2 Takeoff Studio Pro removes these limits and is designed for day-to-day professional use.

Local-first by design, Metre2 Takeoff Studio respects your data, works fully offline, and avoids forced accounts or cloud dependencies – so you stay in control of your drawings and measurements at all times.
