LookAway 2.4.1 for Mac
LookAway 2.4.1 MacOS
A native Mac menu-bar reminder that schedules screen breaks, blink prompts, and posture nudges, then waits until you are not in a call, a video, or a game before it actually interrupts.
The usual 20-20-20 habit fails when a timer fires mid-meeting. Smart Pause holds the break during meetings and calls, video playback, screen sharing, fullscreen games, and apps you mark as deep-focus. Idle time is treated as a real away period instead of another popup when you return. A heads-up notification and a floating countdown give you a chance to finish a sentence. Skip, snooze, and optional per-session or per-day limits keep one long stretch from drifting forever. Office Hours can silence reminders outside the working day.
