On a Mac you open today’s column and drop blocks onto hours. Inbox holds unscheduled ideas until you drag them onto the timeline. Subtasks and notes live on a task; a Pomodoro timer is there when you need a focus sprint. Color and icons mark kinds of work. The same plan syncs to iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch, so a change on the laptop shows up on the phone without exporting a file.
What stays free, what Pro unlocks
The store listing and help docs keep the core planner free: timeline, Inbox, sync, subtasks, Pomodoro, personalization, no ads. Structured Pro (monthly, yearly, or lifetime; US storefront often $6.99 / $29.99 / $99.99) adds calendar and Reminders import, recurring routines, Structured AI day drafts, Replan for missed blocks, and custom notifications. A three-day Pro trial is offered in the stores; cancel at least 24 hours before it converts. One Pro purchase can be used on your personal devices, including the web client.
