MarsEdit 5.4.3 for Mac
MarsEdit 5.4.3 for Mac Free Download
MarsEdit is a blog editor for macOS that makes editing your blog like writing an email, with spell checking, drafts, multiple windows, and even AppleScript support.
It works with most blogging services including WordPress, Blogger, Drupal, Movable Type, TypePad and many others.
The first thing people usually look at when choosing a blog writing program is the number of services it supports, and MarsEdit excels in this regard. The client supports WordPress, Blogger, Tumblr, Squarespace, TypePad, Movable Type, LiveJournal, Drupal, Vox, and many other less popular blogging platforms.
The program’s interface isn’t particularly beautiful, but it’s quite user-friendly; everything you need is right at your fingertips. The program window is split into two sections: a list of blogs is displayed on the left, and the posts added to them are on the right.
Adding a new blog doesn’t take much time; all MarsEdit needs is a link to it and a name. The program automatically detects the type of blogging platform, which is a plus, especially for new bloggers.
If you don’t have a blog yet, MarsEdit will offer to create one on Blogger or WordPress.
In some ways, the editor’s capabilities rival those of TextMate. And if that’s not enough, MarsEdit integrates perfectly with external editors (including the aforementioned TextMate).
Images can be added to your blog not only from your computer but also from Flickr galleries, if you have an account there.
