DoubleTake is an app designed for users who love compact cameras but long for a wide-angle lens. DoubleTake solves this problem with a single drag and drop, allowing you to get a photo that’s just as good, and in some cases, better, than one taken with a wide-angle camera.

DoubleTake lets you simply drag and drop images from Finder or iPhoto and combine them. This is useful when your camera can’t capture the entire scene in one photo, when you can’t move far enough to fit everything in the viewfinder, when you want to add some surroundings to the shot, or when you need a wide-angle lens but don’t have one.

How to install and activate?

Mount the image and run Open Gatekeeper friendly.

Press Enter to bypass Gatekeeper in the Terminal window.

Drag the application to the Applications folder.

The application is ready for use.
