Raycast Pro 2.3.0.0
Raycast Pro 2.3.0.0 for Mac
The paid layer on Raycast’s keyboard launcher: AI Chat, Cloud Sync, and Dictation sit on top of a free command palette that still searches apps, files, and extensions.
Hotkey, then Chat or a command
Summon the window with your launcher hotkey. Type to jump to an app, a snippet, a window layout, or a Store extension. Clipboard History, Calculator, and File Search stay in that same root list. Pro unlocks AI Chat and Quick AI from the same surface: pick a model, attach context, or hand Chat a multi-step job. The agent can write a plan, call installed extensions, run code, check the result, retry when something fails, and stop to ask you before it continues.
Credits, plans, and the free floor
The core launcher, public extensions, and everyday tools remain free for personal and work machines. Pro is $10 a month or $96 a year and includes 500 AI credits; Pro+ (Plus on the pricing page) is $20 / $192 with 3,000 credits; Max is $50 / $480 with 7,500. Prices for existing Pro and former Advanced AI subscribers stay the same; usage is now metered instead of rate-limited, and each model spends credits at its own rate. Cloud Sync, Dictation, custom themes, custom window layouts, and unlimited Notes and clipboard history are Pro features. Eligible new accounts can start a Pro trial; Pro+ models are not in the trial. Students can apply for 50% off Pro only.
